- The item is in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the package back. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items Not Eligible for Return

Exchanges
For exchanges, the most effective method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the desired item.
European Union Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel or return their orders without providing a reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
